We provide confidential individual
coaching for senior executives, middle managers, and
employees. QHRA often uses multiple assessment
tools to understand both importance and behavior in
areas such as leadership, management, interpersonal, and
business skills. We also assess self-awareness,
adaptability, empathy, etc. This process provides
valuable feedback to increase awareness of how effective
they really are in both business and interpersonal
relationship skills. We then jointly develop and
implement a plan for increasing individual and
leadership effectiveness.
